ExpertStackHub is an intelligence-driven marketplace that connects businesses with expert professionals including consultants, advisors, fractional executives, and specialists. The platform provides:

Experts must notify us promptly of any change that affects the accuracy of their profile. We reserve the right to remove or suspend listings that contain false or misleading information, without notice and without refund of any fees paid.

No Guarantee of Credentials

Verification by ExpertStackHub does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any expert's qualifications, competence, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any specific engagement. We do not fabricate, inflate, or misrepresent any expert's credentials, reviews, success metrics, or client outcomes. All data presented reflects verified or self-reported information as labeled.

4. Marketplace Transactions

Nature of the Marketplace

ExpertStackHub facilitates introductions between businesses and experts. We are not a party to any engagement, consulting agreement, project, or transaction between a business and an expert. Any agreement reached through the platform is solely between the parties involved.

Dispute Resolution Between Parties

ExpertStackHub is not an arbitrator of disputes between businesses and experts. All payment, performance, and contract disputes are governed by the direct agreement between the parties. We encourage users to resolve disputes privately and may, at our sole discretion, mediate certain disputes where platform conduct is at issue.

5. AI-Assisted Tools and Matching

ExpertStackHub uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to power matching recommendations, document generation, and market intelligence tools. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

By submitting content to ExpertStackHub — including expert profiles, articles, reviews, comments, or project descriptions — you grant Steeled Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the platform.

You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit, and that your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful, misleading, or inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The ExpertStackHub platform, including its design, branding, software, content, data, and AI models, is owned by Steeled Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Steeled Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Steeled Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) any engagement or dispute between you and another platform user.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. If any provision of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining dispute resolution provisions shall remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and provide notice to registered users where required by law. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
