3. Stack Network Data Sharing

The Stack Network includes properties such as ExpertStackHub, CyberStackHub, LegalStack, CFOTechStack, and others operated by Steeled Inc. Within this network, we may share:

Stack ID

A Stack ID is a pseudonymous identifier that links your activity across Stack Network properties. If you interact with multiple Stack Network sites (for example, ExpertStackHub and CyberStackHub), your Stack ID allows us to understand your cross-site interests and provide more relevant matching results and content. The Stack ID is not tied to your name unless you have created an account.

Cross-Site Context

When our AI matching and recommendation systems evaluate your needs, they may draw on cross-site context — aggregate signals about demand, expertise types, and engagement patterns across the Stack Network. This context improves matching quality. No personally identifiable information is shared in cross-site context signals; only aggregated behavioral patterns are used.

Shared Account Infrastructure

If you create an account with Steeled Inc. credentials that work across the Stack Network, your account profile and preferences may be accessible across participating Stack Network properties.

You may opt out of Stack ID cross-site linking by contacting us at privacy@expertstackhub.ai. Opting out will not remove your data from ExpertStackHub but will prevent your activity from being linked across Stack Network properties.

4. Other Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform. These include hosting providers, email delivery services, analytics platforms, and credential verification services. Service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and to protect it.

Public Expert Profiles

If you create an expert profile and it is approved for listing, your professional profile information — including name, credentials, specialties, and rates — will be visible to businesses using the platform. You control the content of your profile and may request changes or removal at any time.

Legal and Compliance

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Steeled Inc., our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring party. We will notify you before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform. Here is what we use and why:

The platform integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies. These include:

• Google Fonts — Typography delivery via Google's CDN
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• OpenAI — Powers AI-generated content and matching tools
